State Police at McConnellsburg filed charges were filed Tuesday against Andrew Grubb, 35, of Three Springs. He is wanted on felony theft, receiving stolen property, and retail theft of more than $1,000 in merchandise.

Troopers said he is accused of stealing approximately $47,000 in lottery tickets from the 522 Pit Stop in Dublin Township.

'Highly premeditated' attack at North Carolina waterfront bar leaves 3 dead and 5 wounded
